Returns & Claims Policy – WTF DISTRO LLC

At WTF DISTRO LLC, all sales are intended for wholesale distribution and are subject to the following return and claim terms.


All Sales Final
Due to the nature of our products and wholesale operations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect all orders upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email:

Include:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


Resolution of Claims
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, WTF DISTRO LLC may provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Refund


Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products not in original condition

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Regulated, consumable, or personal-use products

  • Items damaged after delivery


Shipping Issues
WTF DISTRO LLC is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered

Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.


Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing their orders before completing checkout. We are not responsible for errors made during ordering.


Unauthorized Returns
Any items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
