Thank you for your interest in becoming a wholesale partner with WTF Distro. Please read the following terms carefully before applying for a wholesale account.
Eligibility
Wholesale accounts are available to licensed retailers, smoke shops, and distributors operating in jurisdictions where the sale of glass smoking accessories is lawful. By applying, you confirm that your business is legally registered and compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
Account Approval
All wholesale applications are subject to review and approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our discretion. You will be notified via email once your application has been reviewed.
Minimum Order Requirements
Wholesale orders may be subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ). Specific MOQs will be communicated upon account approval.
Pricing
Approved wholesale customers will have access to exclusive wholesale pricing. Wholesale prices are confidential and must not be shared with end consumers or unauthorized parties.
Resale Compliance
Wholesale customers are responsible for ensuring that all products purchased from WTF Distro are resold in compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction. WTF Distro is not liable for any misuse or unlawful resale of products.
Returns & Disputes
All wholesale sales are subject to our standard return and refund policy unless otherwise agreed in writing. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there are any issues.

Wholesale Policy – WTF DISTRO LLC
Welcome to WTF DISTRO LLC. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following wholesale terms and policies.
Minimum Order Requirement
All orders must meet a minimum of $500.
Shipping Policy
We offer simple, flat-rate shipping across the United States:
-Orders $500–$1,499: $35 flat shipping
-Orders $1,500 and over: FREE shipping
Orders are typically processed the same business day if placed before 2 PM.
All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless items are received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Customers must inspect all orders upon delivery.
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

-Clear photos of the product and packaging
Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Claim Resolution
Approved claims may be resolved through:
-Replacement product
-Store credit
-Refund (at our discretion)
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
-Opened or used products
-Clearance or sale items
-Regulated or consumable products
-Items damaged after delivery
Shipping Liability
WTF DISTRO LLC is not responsible for:
-Carrier delays
-Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered
Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all orders before checkout. We are not responsible for ordering errors.
Payment Terms
-All orders must be paid in full before processing unless otherwise approved
-Accepted payment methods include major credit cards and approved payment options
-Net payment terms may be offered to approved wholesale accounts
Late payments may result in order holds or account restrictions.
Business Verification
All purchases are intended for resale. We reserve the right to request:
-Business license
-Resale certificate
-Identification
Failure to provide verification may result in order cancellation.
Compliance
Customers are responsible for complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase and resale of products.
Refusal of Service
WTF DISTRO LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
